We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 1000 Sek / 100 Euro.

Shipping costs: Sweden – 59 Sek / EU – 12 Euro / US and rest of the world – 15 Euro

All in-stock products are shipped within 2-14 days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Orders ship from Hyssna, Sweden. If items in your order are out of stock we’ll notify you by e-mail.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

P.A.P guarantees all products we manufacture and sell to be free from defects of workmanship and not natural scratches. We will gladly replace you for any defective items you wish to return. We will cover the shipping cost of your return as well as the shipping out of a replacement. All returns must be returned whithin 30 days and returned in original packaging. All returns be credited to the original credit card used. All returns must be pre-approved and issued a Return Authorization CRA – number. To receive your RA number, please contact Costumer Service. All returns must be prepaid. Please do not mail any packages C.D.D., as they will not be accepted. No refunds are available for sale items – only exchanges.

Leather Care

Leather is a natural material. With correct care and maintenance premium vegetable tanned leather will age gracefully, developing a beautiful patina with use over time.

GENERAL CARE

Exposure to direct sunlight will darken “blonde” colors and bleach darker colors.
Hot, dry air can dry out leather if it is not regularly conditioned.
Certain chemicals and detergents can damage the surface of the leather and tarnish the color.

MAINTENANCE AND PROTECTION

For a long life we recommend regular cleaning and maintenance with P.A.P’s natural leather balm. CAN BE PURCHASED HERE

Clean your product with damp cloth before applying a thin layer, polish with a soft cloth until desired shine and look.
